New Food and Beverage Product Launches, April 17

Summer snacks and seasonings, Mexican heat-and-eat meals, and plant-based cold brew cans are among the latest food and beverage products hitting the shelves this week.

Chamberlain Coffee is launching a new line of ready-to-drink, plant-based cold brew lattes in Mocha Latte, Cinnamon Bun Latte, Vanilla Latte, and traditional Cold Brew Latte flavors.

The dairy-free canned lattes are made with almond milk and coconut cream, naturally sweetened with date syrup, and contain just 1 gram of sugar.

All flavors will be available exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide.

In preparation for the summer season ahead, Late July is releasing limited edition Green Goddess Tortilla Chips.

Flavored with basil, garlic, parmesan, and lemon, the new chips capture the taste of summer. They’re currently available at nationwide retailers for the suggested price of $5.79 per 7.8-ounce bag, while supplies last.

Hen of the Woods Snacks, maker of artisanal kettle cooked potato chips, announced its new line of BBQ rubs (including Memphis BBQ, Kansas City BBQ, North Carolina BBQ, and Texas BBQ varieties) and seasonings (including Salt, Pepper, Garlic Seasoning; Everything Bagel Seasoning; and Buttermilk Ranch Seasoning.

The new BBQ meat rubs are priced at $15.99, and the new seasonings are priced at $6.99. Variety packs containing all four meat rubs are also available for $63.96. Consumers can find the new products on the brand's website or Amazon.

In partnership with Tabitha Brown, McCormick is launching five new salt free, vegan seasoning products — Like Sweet Like Smoky All Purpose Seasoning, Very Good Garlic All Purpose Seasoning, Taco Business Seasoning Mix, Burger Business Seasoning Mix, and Sauté Business Seasoning Mix.

The products are the brand's first salt free recipe mixes. The new seasoning blends will be rolling out to grocery stores nationwide and Amazon this spring, and the three recipe mixes will arrive later this summer.

HERDEZ announced the release of its new Mexican Refrigerated Entrées line in two varieties — Chicken Shredded in Mild Chipotle Sauce and Carnitas Slow Cooked Pork.

The convenient heat-and-eat meals are inspired by popular Mexican dishes, packed with flavor and protein, and contain 7 grams of protein per serving. The chicken variety is made with tomatoes, garlic, onion, and chipotle peppers and slow cooked in natural juices. The pork variety is slow cooked and marinated with garlic and citrus.

Both products are available for the suggested price of $9.99 to $10.99 per 15-ounce package at nationwide Publix and Hy-Vee stores. It will roll out to major grocery retailers later this spring.

Blue Bunny is collaborating with Stuffed Puffs to launch several new frozen treats — Stuffed Puffs scoopables in S’mores, Cookies ‘N Creme, and Birthday Cake varieties and Stuffed Puffs sandwiches in Classic S’mores and Salted Caramel S’mores varieties.

The new scoopables will be available exclusively at Walmart this month for the suggested price of $4.48. The sandwiches will arrive in May, available at both Walmart and grocery stores nationwide, for the suggested price of $4.98.
