OKLAHOMA CITY, Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jimmy's Egg, LLC opened its fourth Omaha, NE and third Tulsa, OK locations this quarter, bringing the total number of operating Jimmy's Egg® restaurants to 34. Earlier in 2012, new Jimmy's Egg® restaurants opened in San Antonio and McAllen TX, Lawton, OK and Omaha, NE.
